At EuropeSIP, we feel proud of our technological expertise and our work as developers. We believe in the limitless possibilities of Asterisk development and customization, and we continue to search the added value in each of our integrations.

Fruit of this work is the development of a series of assets and utilities, offered no for free to the community, as a proof of the environment's strenght. Among this utilities it outshines AMIConnector, a library that allows us to a fast aplication development, or a free basic version of Windows Operator Panel (Operator management software)

In turn, this utilities complement with applications to create advanced callbacks, virtual extension systems, predictive calls, or even, programs developed with desktop integration in mind, such us popup launchers (PhoneOCS) or a login assistant system for agents login and logout on the queues (AgentLogger)

Last, but not least, we have decided to add to this catalog, our advanced utilities for SNOM phones, thorugh we enable the use of an advanced callgroup, or advanced transferences.
