Developed specifically for SNOM phones (but adaptable to any other XML enabled phone) this application enables the correct callerid transference between phones.

This is of particular interest in boss-assistant environments, where the original caller identification should be preserved over the assistant, in order to avoid clutter and derived mistakes.

Added value is the possibility of intuitively select which channel to transfer, if more than one, thus eliminating frequent mistransferences. And also added value is the possibility of setting up a "frequent list" of users for frequent transfer that take priority in the destination transfer screen.

Script behaviour in attended transfer is as follows:

1. User receives a call.

2. User selects a second line, and place a call.

3. With both channels up, press the transfer button at the SNOM phone.

4. An unintrusive browser appears which asks which channel is to transfer, if more than one is present.

5. Once chosen, another screen shows available destinations.

6. Both channels are linked, autoanswering the destination phone while hanging up intermediary channel.


Script behaviour in direct transfer:

1. User receives a call.

2. User presses the transfer button at the SNOM phone.

3. An unintrusive browser appears which asks which channel is to transfer, if more than one is present.

4. Once chosen, we enter the destination extension.

5. Both channels are linked, autoanswering the destination phone while hanging up intermediary channel.


In every case, it shows if applicable, the frequent destinations list in the second screen.
