Asterisk Arena - QueueOCS PDF Print E-mail

Our outgoing call system solution provides an easy way of integrating predictive call marketing campaigns in your organization, allowing automatically scheduled calls from any agent to any preconfigured number.

The system includes an AJAX powered web interface, which enables you to easily configure outgoing calls, and track the campaign status.

The advantage of this solution compared to similar offerings consists in its flexibility, which may be adopted to any Asterisk installation. Once answered by the destination, outgoing calls will be send to a dialplan context, which may be any extension, an IVR or queue. In the latter case, the combination of this tool with other utilities like e.g. PhoneOCS or AgentLogger offers basic call center functionality at a minimal cost, allowing to link the service with your proper campaign scripts, intranets or web pages.

Components

QueueOCS has been developped with modularity in mind, it consists of a UNIX daemon scheduling the calls and a web interface for configuration and campaign statistics.

Gastandra

Gastandra  is the call scheduling UNIX daemon. It depends on libgami for communication with the asterisk server and libgda3 for database connections.

Gastandra-web

Gastandra-web is the web interface for configuration and call statistics. It uses the Ruby on Rails framework and depends on the will_paginate plugin and Ruby-GetText.
